It was not too difficult to sign in. You use the link https://welcome.ai/ which takes you to the website. Once you are at the website, you are going to have an option to log in (for existing consumers) or sign up to access the tool. To sign up, you would use an e-mail and a password of your choice. I used my Washburn email account but made up a password that I would like to use for this website. You will receive a link to that e-mail. I added the verbiage that you will see after you put the e-mail and password in (if you are new to the website).    “Thank you for signing up! We just sent you an email with a verification link. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) and click on the link to confirm your email address.”   Once you verify the link you will be asked questions to tailor your experience with the tool. What you see when you use the tool.    Welcome AI is a tool that has all kinds of artificial intelligence apps that you can utilize in one place. When you access the website, Welcome AI, it is not truly clear how to use this tool. You do not get the overall concept of how to use the tool until you sign in. Once Logged in you have your personal Dashboard. The information you input when signing up will appear I.e. I stated I was a small-Mid Business User interested in marketing. So, apps pertaining to business and how to use them appear. There are three columns. The first column has Welcome to the future business how to get started.   Welcome.AI    Research: Began by exploring AI use cases, articles, and case studies relevant to your role in industry. Our AI Use Case Generator and AI Content Summarizer can help you learn more efficiently.   AI Solutions: Discover AI solutions that match your goals and use cases. Save them to your workspace for future references.   Workspace: Create list of AI solutions to trail and keep notes and research information in essential location.      The second column has recommended solutions and content. I have a Humata AI, it is a ChatGPT for your files. Ask questions about your data and get instant answers. The third column has a featured section, and it may be how they are keeping the site free. Kaedim App is listed here. It is a web app that generates custom 3D models in minutes.      Research Tab    There are three columns on this tab. The first column has a place where you can Query Research. The second column is Research and Insights. The third column is a place that gives examples of a company and its marketing and business plan “ Replit and Google Cloud Partner to Advance Generative AI for Software Development.”        AI Solutions       There are three columns on this tab. The first column has the latest AI Solutions.  You have AI photo Enhancer, Kits AI, and Eduaide AI teaching assistant.  There is also a search field box above all columns that allows you to search for any app. There is a box to select an industry also. This box is on all tabs above the columns. The second column helps you summarize any document in a click. The third column has a featured or add section. There is an app that lets you summarize any document with a click TLDR.      Workspace    There are three columns on the workspace tab. You will be prompted to upgrade your plan the moment you touch on this tab. The current plan that I signed up for is free. There is a professional option $10 annually, 14.99 monthly. The first column has your saved work from other tabs and places where you can upload work. The second column is a place where you can ask a question within your research. The third column is documents. This is where you can share your research and list of solutions by creating a report page.     Settings   There are three columns on this tab. The first column lists the details that you input your details when you signed up. So, your email, website, and your profile pic etc. The second column is your tailored recommendations you chose when you signed up I.e., small-mid business user. The third column has a place to update your plan. I am in a free plan currently, but I could choose $10 mo./annually or 14.99/ mo. And then when you get to settings, it has your details. You can upload a profile pic, it has your name, and the information you input into the system when you signed up.    The website has a limited usage dynamic. It starts off with 3,000 credits and when you access an app for a question or research it takes some of your points. I asked a question, and it got 300 points. It appears that when you reach 3,000 you have a limit. This tool was helpful and a little confusing to begin with, but it will help businesses in multiple ways with a plethora of information and resources within one single app.
