How following works
Follow a company to track the content published about it. Follow a category to track everything in a topic area — industries, business functions, technologies, and audiences. Your follows drive your personalized feed, Catch Me Up briefings, and email digests, so the more relevant your follows, the more relevant everything else gets.
Free limits
The free plan caps how many things you can follow:

Where to follow from
You can follow from anywhere a company or category appears:
- Company pages (
/company/...) — use the follow button on the company's profile. - Category pages (
/category/...) — follow the topic directly from its page. - The /dashboard sidebar — manage your current follows and unfollow in one place.
- Search — follow companies and categories straight from search results.
Unfollowing
Use the same button to unfollow. Unfollowing immediately removes that company or category from your feed, briefings, and digests, and frees a slot if you're on the free plan.
