Solutions are the individual products your company offers. List them at /manage/<your-company>/solutions so each gets its own page and shows up under your company.

Adding a solution

Select Add Solution. You have two ways to create one:

• Add by URL — Paste a product page URL and Welcome.AI scrapes it to draft the name, tagline, description, and summary automatically.
• Manual entry — Fill in the fields yourself.

Solution fields

Manual entry supports:

• Name (required)
• Tagline
• Website
• Logo URL
• Starting price — e.g. "$99/month"
• Pricing model — subscription, one-time, freemium, usage-based, free, or enterprise
• Summary — a brief overview
• Description — the full detailed write-up
• Key features — comma-separated; stored as a list
• Deployment options — comma-separated, e.g. Cloud, On-premise, SaaS
• Demo video URL

How many you can add

There is no plan limit on the number of solutions — both free and Pro companies can add as many as they want. Your discoverability score rewards having at least one solution, and again at three or more, so listing your full product lineup helps both buyers and your score.

Managing solutions

Each solution in the list links to its public page (View) and can be deleted (the trash icon). Deleting removes the solution and its category links permanently.

Why solutions matter

Solutions carry the concrete product detail — pricing, features, deployment — that buyers and AI agents need to evaluate a fit. That data also flows into your AI presence endpoints, so a fuller catalog makes AI assistants describe your products more accurately.

Can Welcome.AI fill in a solution from a URL?

Yes. Choose Add by URL and paste a product page link; Welcome.AI scrapes it to draft the name, tagline, description, and summary. You can also enter everything manually.
